The Casper Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (CACVB) is the marketing and operations arm of the Natrona County Travel & Tourism Council (NCTTC). The NCTTC is a Joint Powers Board made up of volunteer appointed representatives from Natrona County and all the municipalities within the county (Casper, Evansville, Mills, Bar Nunn, Midwest & Edgerton). The NCTTC manages the 3% lodging tax funds. The overall mission of the NCTTC is to promote the Natrona County area to increase tourism within the county,which increases overnight stays.
