The National Historic Trails Interpretive Center is operated by the Bureau of Land Management in partnership with the non-profit National Historic Trails Center Foundation. The Foundation raises funds to construct the exhibits and continues to accept donations by which these exhibits are maintained. The Foundation is made up of an executive director and a governing Board of Directors.

Stories of Military Vetrerans of all branches of service come alive through artifacts and guided tours. Located in the Servicemen's Club at the former Casper Army Air Base, this free museum at the Casper/Natrona County Airport showcases Veterans' tales from 150 years of conflict.
