Central Wyoming Counseling Center is a non-profit Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Center that is dedicated to helping the people of Natrona County.
All residents of Wyoming are eligible to receive services regardless of ability to pay. We are the Mental Health Division of the Blue Envelope Health Fund.
Mission Statement: To provide for the general mental well being of the community by providing outpatient mental health and substance abuse care and residential substance abuse care to those in need regardless of their ability to pay.
