Duke Energy Generation Services has developed a new 99 MW wind power facility 15 miles NE of Casper in Converse County, Wyoming. Each of the 66 GE turbines operates at 1.5 MWs. The Campbell Hill project will sell all of its clean, renewable energy to PacifiCorp, which can serve customers in Wyoming, Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Colorado. The site of the operation extends over 10,500 acres with a maximum elevation of approximately 5900 feet above sea level.
